Pros and Cons of eating halva

Not everyon knows that halva is very healthy. It is a usefull source of energy for our bodies. Sunflower seeds, that halva is made of contain not only vitamins B and E, but also a vast amount of minerals, such as calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, sodium and potassium.

Halva is recommmended to pregnant women because it has folic acid, responsible for cell development.

However, because of the high concentration of sugar, it should be eaten with caution. Halva isn't good for people with diabetes and obesity.
